Daniel Currin and Greenscape’s leadership aimed to find a solution that would complement their existing EOS framework and provide a more targeted approach to their operational challenges. Their main goal was to implement a system that would improve overall execution, streamline quarterly planning, and enhance the performance of their mid-level managers. They also sought a long-term partnership with a consulting firm that could provide consistent, on-site guidance and facilitate the integration of new tools. Ultimately, Greenscape wanted to gain mastery over the Green Dot System developed by Envisor, with the aim to eventually manage the system independently.
Results – Integrating the Green Dot System
Process & Results
Envisor Consulting has worked with Greenscape, providing regular visits every month or every other month. Through their work, they’ve helped Greenscape implement the Green Dot System, which Daniel described as a unique and highly effective tool. “This is not what everybody else is doing. This is very unique. It fits,” Daniel explained. The system fit seamlessly with Greenscape’s EOS framework, addressing operational gaps that EOS didn’t fully cover, particularly around process execution and strategy.
With Envisor’s guidance, Greenscape has successfully integrated the system into their landscape maintenance operations, through specific focus on management and quarterly planning. Each quarter, the team has learned new tools, with time between each meeting to practice with them. While the system may not be “fancy,” as Daniel noted, it is solid and highly effective, proving its value in the long-term growth of the company.
Committed to the Green Dot System
Looking ahead, Greenscape is committed to a path to fully integrate the Green Dot System, with the ultimate goal of being able to manage it independently. Daniel sees Envisor as a long-term partner and believes their Green Dot System should be shared more broadly within the green industry. He sees significant potential for others in the industry to benefit from it, describing it as something that people may not understand at first glance but that can dramatically improve performance once implemented.
