Day 1 — Tuesday, June 23: Welcome & Orientation

Day 1 is about arriving, connecting, and getting oriented. You’ll meet the Envisor team, fellow attendees, and get a clear picture of what the next three days will deliver.

5:00 PM Registration & Check-In Pick up your materials at the Marriott Omaha Downtown. Meet the Envisor team and get oriented for the days ahead.
6:00 PM Welcome Reception Hosted cocktail reception. Meet fellow attendees — landscape business owners from across the US wrestling with the same challenges you are.
7:30 PM Envision Kickoff Presentation Ken Thomas and Ben Gandy set the stage: what the Green Dot System is, why it works, and exactly what you’re going to see and learn over the next two days.
9:00 PM Evening Free Explore downtown Omaha. Continued peer networking. Early night recommended — Day 2 starts early.

Day 2 — Wednesday, June 24: The Success Strategy Station Tour

Day 2 is the centrepiece of Envision. You’ll spend the day at Mulhall’s Landscape facilities — walking through six Success Strategy Stations led by team members who actually rebuilt these systems. Not slides. Not theory. The real operation, running in real time.

8:15 AM Welcome at Mulhall’s Mick Mulhall welcomes attendees. Overview of Mulhall’s history, their journey with the Green Dot System, and what you’re about to see.
9:00 AM Station 1 — Vision, Strategy & Culture How Mulhall’s defined their vision, built their culture, and aligned the entire organisation around a common direction. Covers mission, values, and strategic goal tracking.
10:00 AM Station 2 — Sales & Business Development How Mulhall’s develops new business and manages their sales pipeline. Scope development, estimating standards, proposal process, and margin protection.
11:00 AM Station 3 — Account Management & Client Retention The account management model: how they structure client relationships, communication standards, and how they achieve industry-leading retention rates.

3:00 PM Station 6 — Leadership Development & Org Structure How Mulhall’s builds its leadership team: org structure, role definitions, accountability systems, and how they develop talent from within.

Day 3 — Thursday, June 25: Workshops & Your Implementation Plan

Day 3 brings everything together. You’ve seen the system in action. Now you work on your own business — in structured workshops led by Envisor coaches — to build your implementation plan. You will not leave with good intentions and no plan. You’ll leave with a document.

8:00 AM Morning Session — Your Diagnostic Working session: where does your business stand against the Green Dot System building blocks? Envisor coaches facilitate a structured self-assessment. Identify your top three gaps.
9:30 AM Workshop 1 — Strategy & Vision Apply the Vision and Strategy building blocks to your own business. Define your 12-month strategic priorities. Identify the one change with the highest impact right now.
11:00 AM Workshop 2 — Operations & Process Map your current business process against the Green Dot 6-phase model. Identify where your handoffs break down, where accountability is unclear, and what to fix first.
12:30 PM Lunch Lunch provided at the Marriott. Informal coach office hours — bring your specific questions.
1:30 PM Workshop 3 — People & Leadership Evaluate your current org structure and leadership bench. Identify role gaps and development needs limiting your growth. Build a 90-day leadership development plan.
3:00 PM Your 90-Day Implementation Plan Each attendee completes their personal 90-day plan: three priorities, three actions per priority, owner, and deadline. Envisor coaches review and pressure-test each plan.
4:30 PM Closing Session Ken Thomas closes the event. Q&A. Next steps for attendees interested in a full consulting engagement. Peer contact exchange.
5:00 PM Event Concludes Safe travels. We look forward to hearing about your results.
