LEAN Initiatives
Our Lean in-finish First initiatives optimize efficiency by delivering the same results with fewer resources. We work closely with businesses to implement Lean principles, streamlining workflows and maximizing profitability. Scope: Our Lean Program starts with a training component to level-set the team in vocabulary, principles and concepts. Our consultants then work extensively in the field with your personnel to teach, train and coach Lean principles, Job Planning, the ability to see and identify waste and the skills to constructively coach your workforce.
Commitment Level: Lean programs typically require 12 – 36 months to integrate.
